Or perhaps you've done this before but want some help to fine-tune your project! I'm here to help coach you through setting up and brainstorming your Kickstarter campaign. Please note, this consultation is for book related campaigns only. • Brainstorming! Tell me all about your vision and what you're looking to get out of this campaign. Together, we'll work out what scale campaign you want to do. Will it be a print on demand, digital only with swag, or a large offset print run Are you interested in doing a book box? Or something extra special like books with an oracle deck, a game, graphic novel, or something else entirely. • We'll work out timelines, including when would be best to launch, fulfillment dates, how involved you want to be (do you need a fulfillment center?), prelaunch dates and a marketing timeline. • Figuring out base costs, calculating profit margins, and pricing your tiers. • Working out stretch goals! When is best to use them and when they're not needed. We can brainstorm stretch goal ideas and get a list together, including monetary goals. • Setting up a prelaunch page and best marketing tactics. While I don't set up ads, I'm happy to guide you through the process and tell you what worked best for me. • Working out shipping and setting things up to make fulfillment as simple as possible. • Guidance with setting up surveys at the end, managing errored backers, and sending updates after your campaign ends including utilizing late pledges. ​• Looking through your campaign and offering feedback. • Help setting up your campaign step-by-step including tiers, rewards, the story and pointers that will help you get noticed. • I do offer design services for creating mockups and a banner for an extra fee if needed.
